Why haven't I received my confirmation email/ shipping email?

The main reasons as to why you may have not received or seen a confirmation email is that you may have misspelled your email address when placing the order OR the confirmation email or shipping email was sent to another folder outside of your primary inbox. We strongly recommend checking your spam and trash folders. For Gmail accounts, we recommend ALSO checking your promotions folder.
